Fermented and aged in neutral French oak for 6 months. Finished in stainless steel for 2 months before bottling. Aromas of fain flint and noisette give a subtle mouthfeel upon entry. Enough weight to accompany a light meal, yet fresh enough to enjoy as an aperitif. Salamati!
