Made by Drake Whitcraft, this delicate Burgundian style Pinot Noir consists of aromas of bright Bing cherry, fraise de bois, and fresh rose hips. On the palate, layered with tart barberry, pomegranate, rose, black tea, and sandalwood notes. Extremely gentle cellar techniques, using little to no electricity, this unfined, unfiltered, and unadulterated wine is youthful and elegant. It should last in the cellar for 10 years or longer, rewarding a true wine collector.
